With over 25 years in the allied health industry, my passion for learning continues to grow.  I have a keen focus in the realm of integrative oncology, autoimmune disease support, and pain management. I also provide mental health support and the transition to menopause. 

I am a registered nutritionist, Advanced Practitioner in Oncology Massage, reflexologist and remedial massage therapist. I like to combine these modalities to provide a holistic prescription to support clients and meet them where they are with their health.

What to expect from your initial consultation

As a Holistic Practitioner, I create a Personal Wellness Plan with each client, that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our often demanding and busy day to day life. 

We go through a detailed questionnaire that provides an accurate snapshot of what is occurring physiologically in the many body systems. This allows us to focus on which aspects of health need priority in order to achieve optimal health and wellness. Recommendations for sleep hygiene, daily nutritional needs, and an exercise and wellness regime are all included in the wellness plan. I stock only the highest quality supplements, and sell for less than the recommended retail price, in order to encourage optimal health outcomes. 

Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the initial consultation.

• Subsequent visit $60 - 30 minutes
